LOOOVE · Your information & choices

Terms of Service

Effective date: 18 October 2026.

These Terms govern your use of looovehealth.com and the LOOOVE web experiences available through it, including Daylight, HBTI, account access, and requested email reports. The service is operated by Looove, Inc. (“LOOOVE”, “we”, “us”). For questions, contact [email protected].

By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information; accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent required for particular data processing.

1. Who can use the service

The web wellness experiences are intended for people aged 18 or older who can enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Use the service for yourself, provide information you have the right to provide, and do not impersonate someone else.

2. Your account

Some features require email verification or, where available, Google sign-in. Keep your email account, Google account, device, and sign-in credentials secure. Do not share verification codes or let others use your account without authorisation. Contact us if you believe your LOOOVE account has been accessed without permission.

We may ask you to verify an email address or account connection to protect existing records. Third-party authentication is also subject to the relevant provider's terms. Losing access to your email or Google account may affect your ability to sign in; we cannot guarantee recovery without adequate verification.

Signing in, requesting an HBTI report, and subscribing to optional marketing emails are separate choices. Creating an account does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

3. Wellness information and its limits

LOOOVE provides general wellness information, reflection tools, and support for everyday routines. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or an individual clinical assessment. Using the service does not create a clinician–patient relationship.

HBTI is a reflection experience based on your answers. Its descriptions, types, and suggestions are not a clinically validated diagnosis, a medical or psychological test, or a measurement of biological age. They should not be used to make medical, employment, insurance, or other high-stakes decisions.

Daylight targets, outdoor suggestions, UV readings, weather, air-quality information, and nearby-place results may be approximate, incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. A suggested duration outside is not a guarantee of safe sun exposure or an instruction to expose unprotected skin. Consider your own health, medication, mobility, surroundings, and local conditions, and follow relevant public-health and professional advice.

Do not delay or disregard professional care because of anything in LOOOVE. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services. You decide whether an activity is appropriate and safe for you.

4. Early features and availability

Some features are previews or early versions and may change, contain errors, or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific outcome, or that an announced feature will launch on a particular date. The features actually offered to you determine what is available; descriptions of future mobile apps, integrations, or companion features are not promises of current functionality.

We may make reasonable changes to improve, secure, or maintain the service. Where a change materially affects an ongoing service or your rights, we will provide notice where required by law. Any paid service introduced later will identify its price, payment terms, cancellation rules, and any additional terms before you purchase it. Joining an early-access list does not place an order, reserve a product, or create a payment obligation.

5. Your entries and reports

You retain any rights you have in the information and original content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to process, store, format, and transmit it to provide the features you request and operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your content or grant us an unrestricted right to publish it.

Do not submit content you have no right to share, or include another person's sensitive information without appropriate permission. Avoid putting sensitive details into free-text answers that you do not want in an emailed report. Email reports may contain the personal details you entered and may be visible to anyone with access to the receiving inbox.

You may use and share your own reports for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing a result on social media. Check what a report or shared image contains before sharing it. Do not present a result as medical evidence or imply that LOOOVE endorses a claim it does not make.

6. Device storage and delivery

Some preferences, questionnaire progress, and Daylight records are saved in your browser. Clearing site data, changing devices or browsers, or losing access to a device may remove or separate these records. Signing in does not by itself guarantee cloud backup or synchronisation. Signing out does not necessarily erase locally stored records.

Email delivery depends on third-party systems and your email provider. We cannot guarantee a report or verification message will arrive immediately or avoid a spam folder. Keep copies of information you need, where an appropriate export or save option is available. We cannot recall an email after it has been delivered.

7. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not attempt to access another person's account or private information; bypass security or usage limits; interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; use it for fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity; or reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts of the service without permission, except where applicable law permits it.

These Terms do not restrict legitimate rights that applicable law gives you, including rights relating to interoperability or lawful security research. If you discover a security issue, report it privately to [email protected] without accessing or disclosing other users' information.

8. LOOOVE content and third-party services

LOOOVE and its licensors retain their rights in the software, branding, illustrations, interface, and other materials they provide. You receive permission to use the service for its intended personal purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not use our branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without permission.

Google sign-in, maps, weather, email services, and linked websites are provided or supported by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to your use of their services. We do not control their availability or guarantee their information. This does not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law for our own service or the providers we engage.

9. Suspension and leaving the service

You may stop using LOOOVE at any time. To request account closure or deletion of information we hold, email [email protected]. Local browser records and delivered emails may require separate deletion by you, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security threat, a material breach of these Terms, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the action and give you an opportunity to contact us about it. We may discontinue a feature, with notice where required. Any rights and obligations that reasonably need to continue, including ownership, accrued claims, and applicable privacy obligations, continue after access ends.

10. Responsibility and legal rights

We aim to provide a useful service with reasonable care, but cannot promise that information will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for your circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, we provide early and free features on an “as available” basis without additional guarantees beyond those expressly stated.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated when you began using the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud, or other protections that apply in your jurisdiction. We do not require you to waive those rights.

11. Questions and disputes

Please first contact [email protected] with a concern so we can try to resolve it. This request does not prevent you from exercising legal rights, contacting a regulator, or bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove any mandatory protection available where you live.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised text with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or obtain acceptance where required by law. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights you already have. If you do not accept revised Terms, you may stop using the service and request account closure.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a permanent waiver of it.
